Payout SLA

Published, committed timelines for paying players and partners — turning payment speed from marketing claim into measurable promise.

Payout SLAs commit to concrete timelines — withdrawals approved within X hours, commissions paid by the Nth — with internal monitoring and breach handling behind them.

Promise-keeping as strategy

Published SLAs discipline internal queues (what’s measured gets staffed) and arm support with answers. For affiliate programs, commission-payment SLAs with a public track record are recruiting collateral — forums remember both the programs that pay on the 3rd like clockwork and the ones that “process” for weeks. The SLA itself is cheap; the operational reliability it forces is the actual product.
