Progressive Jackpot

A jackpot growing with a slice of every wager across the network until won — lottery economics inside a slot.

Progressives divert a percentage of each stake into a rolling prize pool — standalone, operator-wide, or provider-networked across the industry (the multi-million headline pools).

The math beneath the dream

Base-game RTP on progressives runs lower (the jackpot contribution comes from somewhere), so the non-jackpot experience is worse than equivalent regular slots; the theoretical compensation lives in a win with lottery-scale odds. Some jackpots become temporarily +EV near must-drop ceilings — advantage-play territory operators monitor. Honest content states the trade; the marketing version just shows the counter.
