Single Wallet vs Transfer Wallet

Two architectures for funds across products — one balance everywhere versus explicit transfers between product wallets.

Single-wallet architecture exposes one balance to casino, sports and poker alike; transfer-wallet setups partition per product with player-initiated moves between them.

Why single wallet won

Friction: every transfer step leaks cross-sell conversion, and players experience partitioned balances as bureaucracy. Transfer wallets persist where legacy product silos or specific regulatory/vendor constraints force them (some jurisdictions’ segregated product rules, some poker-network integrations). Migration to single wallet is a PAM-level project with payout, bonus and reporting implications — one of those architecture debts operators inherit at acquisition and pay down grudgingly.
