Player Value Score

A composite early-signal score predicting a player's worth — the engine inside quality-based pricing and fraud triage.

Player value scores compress early behavior (deposit size and cadence, game mix, session patterns, payment signals) into a predicted-value grade, available weeks before real LTV.

Applications

Dynamic CPA pricing (payouts scaled to score bands), affiliate quality dashboards (average score per source), CRM prioritization, and fraud triage (impossible-behavior flags). Model governance matters when money keys on scores: affiliates deserve stable, explainable scoring bands rather than drifting black boxes — and RG governance overlays everything, since “high value” and “at risk” describe overlapping players more often than commercial teams like to discuss.
